BIM – Team Leader
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our BIM team in delivering high-quality solutions for complex projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, expertise in Middle East projects, and proficiency in BIM software.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals.
- Assign tasks, set performance targets, and monitor progress effectively.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and BIM standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflows and successful project delivery.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.
- Experience in the construction or BIM consultancy field, particularly in the Middle East.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of collaboration tools like BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and MS Teams.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Dynamo and Python.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
