BIM Modeler - Architectural Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for a talented BIM Modeler with expertise in architectural design to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) models for architectural designs, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless integration with other disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage 3D BIM models for architectural designs using Revit or other BIM software.
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts with other disciplines.
- Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and BOQs from BIM models for project documentation and execution.
- Ensure models comply with project specifications, industry standards, and company protocols.
- Update models to reflect design modifications and ensure accuracy throughout project phases.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative and high-quality architectural solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in architectural design and BIM modeling in the construction industry.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, and material selection.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
- Experience in clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and energy-efficient building solutions.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
